Bridges Development Center is launching a neurodiversity-affirming therapeutic preschool designed to support young children through connection, regulation, and strengths-based learning.
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher/Director to help lead and shape this work from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role for an educator who believes deeply in child-led learning, integrated therapeutic collaboration, and creating environments where neurodivergent children are understood and supported — not changed.
As part of our founding team, you will help design systems, guide staff, partner with families, and cultivate a culture rooted in joy, respect, and thoughtful practice.
